Worked on chest today with with bench press, flat and incline dumbbell press, incline flyes, the fly machine and tricep pushdowns. My delts were still sore from Sunday, which made it very uncomfortable to do flyes and limited my ROM more than I would prefer. Made to sure to stretch well afterwards and 30+ mins cardio. Must make sure to spread those days apart for next time.
- had perfect poached egg with runny yolk on sprouted grain bread with avocado and lemon pepper, side of strawberries and chocolate/coconut almond milk
- first chiro appointment in an hour - just getting scans and x-rays done, first adjustment is next week
- made my schedule for my final year of school. It’s happening.
I can’t even get over how mad I am about that stupid question on the exam. I would have easily gotten 100.
had a great evening watching the oscars with my friends, but now back to studying.
i have been eating great this past week and feel better because of it. i have also been getting back into the gym, slowly but surely.
felt like running today so that was exactly what i went and did. added in some glute kickbacks, barbell step ups and stiff legged deadlifts with the stairmaster and stretching to end it all.
i had no idea what my plan was but just wanted to move.
I burn like 2000 calories everytime i put my bed sheets on by myself
